Refund Policy

Effective date: April 7, 2026

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund for a surstreaming subscription. It forms part of our Terms of Service. surstreaming (operated by SAHIN.TECH, Berlin — see the Impressum) is the seller. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, and refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe.

2. Free Trial

Every user receives 3 hours of full access for free each week. The trial lets you evaluate the Service before you pay, so no charge — and therefore no refund — applies to trial usage.

3. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Requests submitted within this window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, where granted, refunded in full to the original payment method.

4. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. Charges for a renewal term are generally non-refundable once the new term has begun. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date (see section 6). If a renewal was charged in error, contact us and we will make it right.

5. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting to use the paid Service during this period you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully performed. This does not affect the 7-day guarantee described above, which we offer in addition.

6. How to Cancel

You can cancel at any time through the Member Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund for the current period.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email surstreaming-support@sahin.tech from the address associated with your account and include your purchase date. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

8. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error (for example a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation), contact us at surstreaming-support@sahin.tech within 48 hours of the charge and we will investigate and correct any genuine error promptly.
