Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using surstreaming. By accessing, logging into, or using surstreaming (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

surstreaming is operated by Sahin Salincakli’s SAHIN.TECH, a sole trader based in Berlin, Germany. Our full provider details are set out in the Impressum.

surstreaming is a real-time text-to-speech tool for TikTok LIVE streamers. While you are live, it reads your own incoming chat comments, gifts, likes, and live events aloud through your audio output using AI voice synthesis, so you can engage with your audience hands-free.

The Service requires an active, ongoing TikTok LIVE stream to function. It is a tool to enhance your own streaming experience — it does not download, record, store, or redistribute TikTok videos or content, and it does not automate content creation or perform any action on TikTok on your behalf.

Supported voices, languages and features may change over time.

To use surstreaming you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (the minimum age required by TikTok);
• Have a valid TikTok account in good standing;
• Agree to comply with TikTok’s own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines;
• Be legally permitted to enter into binding contracts in your country.

If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

Authentication is handled exclusively via TikTok OAuth. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must not share your account or session credentials with others. Notify us immediately at surstreaming-support@sahin.tech if you believe your account has been compromised. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6.1 Plans. surstreaming offers:

• Free trial — 3 hours of full access for free each week, at no charge.
• Starter — €1.99/month — unlimited usage, all voices and languages, and text-to-speech on comments, gifts and likes.

Prices are in EUR and inclusive of any applicable VAT.

6.2 Billing. The Starter plan is billed monthly on a recurring basis through Stripe, our payment processor. surstreaming (operated by SAHIN.TECH) is the seller and merchant of record; your contract for the Service is with us. By subscribing you authorise recurring monthly charges to your payment method until you cancel. Card details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

6.3 Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through the Member Portal. On cancellation, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free tier. No partial-month refunds are issued for the remaining period.

6.4 Refunds. As a consumer in the EU you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By subscribing and immediately using the paid features, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital service and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully performed. Beyond your statutory rights, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis — see our Refund Policy, or contact surstreaming-support@sahin.tech regarding any billing error.

6.5 Price changes. We may change subscription prices and will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any increase by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You agree not to:

• Violate TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or any applicable law;
• Use the Service to transmit illegal, harmful, or harassing content, or to harass, abuse, or harm other TikTok users or viewers;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, or otherwise abuse its infrastructure;
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Service without our written permission;
• Circumvent subscription access controls or licence checks;
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine you are in breach of these terms.

surstreaming is an independent third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. TikTok is a registered trademark of ByteDance Ltd; all TikTok trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of ByteDance Ltd.

surstreaming connects to TikTok LIVE streams using methods that are not part of an official TikTok API programme. TikTok may update or restrict its platform at any time, which could affect the Service’s ability to connect. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted TikTok connectivity and accept no liability for loss of service caused by TikTok platform changes.

Your use of surstreaming must comply with TikTok’s Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any action TikTok takes against your account.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
• TikTok LIVE connectivity will function at all times (it depends on third-party platforms);
• Any particular voice, language, or feature will remain available indefinitely.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

surstreaming, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to SAHIN.TECH and protected by copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal streaming activities; this does not grant you any ownership rights. Your TikTok content remains yours, and you grant us a limited licence to process your stream data solely to deliver the Service. All third-party trademarks referenced (including TikTok) are the property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, surstreaming shall not be liable for:

• Any TikTok account action, restriction, suspension, or ban;
• Loss of income, revenue, or earnings from TikTok streaming;
• Service interruptions caused by TikTok or other third-party platform changes;
• Data loss resulting from hardware or software failure;
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees you have paid to surstreaming in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold surstreaming harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service in violation of these terms or of TikTok’s Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or where we are required to do so by law. On termination, your licence to use the Service ends immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at surstreaming-support@sahin.tech; upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer in another jurisdiction, you may also have rights under the laws of your own country that we cannot exclude.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify you by email or in-app notification with at least 14 days’ notice before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.
