Terms of Service

By accessing or using surstreaming(the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

surstreaming provides a real-time text-to-speech platform for TikTok Live streamers. The Service reads chat comments, gifts, and live events aloud during streams using AI-powered voice synthesis.

Access tiers include a free trial and a paid plan. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe, our authorised payment processor.

You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid TikTok Live-enabled account, as required by TikTok's Terms of Service. By using surstreaming you represent that you meet the Tiktok requirements to go live.

Authentication is handled exclusively via TikTok OAuth. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your session credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

• Free Trial: Free users receive a three-hour trial every week at no charge.
• Paid Plan: €1.99/month plan is billed in advance on a monthly cycle.
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Stripe, with a payment you agree to Stripe’s terms.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through the Member Portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests submitted within 7 days of initial purchase will be accepted at surstreaming@sahin.tech

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to transmit illegal, harmful, or harassing content. Suppressing those contents from chat comments with the strict filter option in tiktok is recommended.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service infrastructure.
• Circumvent subscription restrictions or access controls.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.

• (a) Illegal Use: Using the Model in any way that violates applicable national, federal, state, local or international law or regulation.
• (b) Harm to Minors: Exploiting, harming or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• (c) Disinformation: Generating or disseminating verifiably false information with the purpose of harming others.
• (d) Personal Data Misuse: Generating or disseminating personal identifiable information that can be used to harm an individual.
• (e) Undisclosed AI Content: Generating or disseminating AI-generated content without expressly and intelligibly disclaiming that it is machine generated.
• (f) Harassment: Defaming, disparaging or otherwise harassing others.
• (g) Impersonation / Deepfakes: Impersonating or attempting to impersonate others (e.g. deepfakes) without their consent.
• (h) Automated Legal Decisions: Fully automated decision making that adversely impacts an individual's legal rights or creates binding, enforceable obligations.
• (i) Behavioral Discrimination: Discriminating against or harming individuals or groups based on online or offline social behavior or personal characteristics.
• (j) Exploitation of Vulnerable Groups: Exploiting vulnerabilities of persons based on age, social, physical or mental characteristics to distort behavior in a way that causes physical or psychological harm.
• (k) Protected Characteristics Discrimination: Discriminating against individuals or groups based on legally protected characteristics or categories.
• (l) Medical Advice: Providing medical advice or medical results interpretation.
• (m) Justice & Law Enforcement: Generating information for use in administration of justice, law enforcement, immigration or asylum processes, such as predicting fraud or criminal behavior.

All content, branding, and software comprising surstreaming are owned by or licensed to us. Your TikTok content remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process your stream data solely to deliver the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will meet all your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, surstreaming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable member state law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
